Another rainy trip to Victoria Park before breakfast. Despite our best efforts we failed to find much more for the list although we did have some lovely views of Forest and Grey Wagtail, Pied Thrush and Oriental Magpie Robin.

After a quiet stop at Galway forest corner (a meeting of two lanes near the hotel which had been brilliant yesterday) we went off for breakfast then our transfer to Sinharaja.
We stopped at the Plantation Hotel by the river at Kitulgala for lunch, then onwards to the famous Blue Magpie Lodge.
